Terms & Condition The iTakios.com "Everything RED Lucky Draw” Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents “Eligible Person" who is aged 18 years old and above. The promotion period for the ‘Everything RED Lucky Draw’ Contest is from 18th January 2012 – 18th February 2012, with both dates considered the "Promotion Period”. A customer shall be eligible to participate in the lucky draw provided that: (i) The item purchased during the “Promotion Period” must be from iTakios.com. (ii) Customer must purchase any item of RM88 and above when checkout (excluding shipping) in order to be qualified for the lucky draw. A chance to win the lucky draw item will be allocated to each “Eligible Person” who participates in the lucky draw by an “Order confirmation” email of the purchase followed by a “Lucky Draw Entitlement Voucher”. Each participant will be allocated to only one chance regardless of the number purchases from iTakios.com. Naturally, more purchases within the Promotion Period will increase the chances to the Eligible Person of being picked in the lucky draw.  The draw will be conducted on 22nd February 2012 at about 1500 hours at: Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd, Block L-28, PJU 1A/1, Taipan Damansara 2, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya Selangor (or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd).  All eight (8) winners will be selected at random by such means and methods (which may be manual or computerised) as Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd may determine in the presence of Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd auditors. Winners will be notified by email individually and announcement posting to iTakios.com’s Official Facebook® page within 2 working days from the drawing date. Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner subsequently found to be disqualified. A total of eight (8) winners will be selected for the draw and each winner will be entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw prize item. Where the Prize Item remains unclaimed for 2 months after the date of the draw, it will be forfeited and donated to any charitable organization as Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd may determine. All eight (8) winners must self-collect at Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd Office by printing out a hard copy of the “Lucky Draw Entitlement Voucher” to redeem the won item. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd should any prize item be forfeited. In the event that the winner is unable to personally collect their prize, they must provide a letter of authorisation to authorise another party to collect his/her behalf. For winner(s) out of Klang Valley area, he/she must inform Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd for shipping options and also provide the “Lucky Draw Entitlement Voucher” as proof of purchase and identification purposes. Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd, all lucky draw prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item. All winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd relating to the "Everything RED Lucky Draw” Contest and agrees that Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd may publicise the name and/or photograph of each winner in such mode and manner that considers fit. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the "Everything RED Lucky Draw” Contest expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the lucky draw contest. Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd’s decision on all matters relating to this lucky draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the lucky draw, these terms and conditions will prevail. Takios Corporation Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the lucky draw, including any act or omission relating to any person's participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
